Old traditions and new farming practices illustrate how mountain farming has changed over the past 100 years. Most of the milk that is produced on the farm is transported to the dairy, but some is kept at the farm for production of sour cream and butter, as it was 100 years ago,

Bakingday
Every Tuesday from 19.6-24.8 at 13.00-15.00. We use old traditional recipes and baking methods. We taste the food and experience life in the old days.
Evening milking
Join the evening milking and chores with Anne. Bring in the cows, help to milk and taste fresh milk. Feed the animals -calves, goats, pigs, chickens and rabbits. Every Wednesday from 30.6-18.8 and Fridays from 2.7-13.8 at 17.00.

Fish in the lake Helsingevatn 829 m.a.s.l. and try to catch the "big one".. the average weight of the trout in Helsingevatn is 600 g. Bring our family and friends along on an eventful fishing holiday in the mountains.
The package includes: 6-8 persons cabin with 3 bedrooms, fishing permits and a row boat for 4 persons inkluding life jackets. The fishing permit is valid for 3 days and is also in addition valid in 17 lakes and 4 rivers. Bed linen + towel costs 120;- per person. End of stay cleaning 600;-.
