Dog sledding is a fun acitvity for the whole family!

Dogsledding

Drive your own sled with 5-6 friendly huskies or just relax in the sled. The trip leader drives his own team in front and the participants team will naturally follow. You don't need any experience with dog sledding, only the need for trying something new and exciting.

It is also possible to arrange trips for both bigger and smaller groups after wishes and requirements from you. Dog sledding can also be combined with snow mobiling upon request with the organiser.

Time: Monday-Saturday at 10.00 and 13.00
Duration: Approx 3 hours
Price: Adults NOK 800, Children aged 3-9 who sits in the sled NOK 400
Booking: at Hemsedal Tourist Office one day in adcance, before 15.00

Dogsledding on wheels

Experience the scenic mountains in Hemsedal driving a dog team of six dogs. The cart is for 2 to 3 persons and has shock absorbers and good breaks.

Would you like to experiece how the Huskie dogs lives during the summer?

Come and visit the kennel! Here you will meet the puppies, young dogs and adult dogs. You will also learn all there is to know about dog sledding. You can just watch or take part in the daily routines with caring for the sled dogs. We end the visit with a slide show, showing different tours and experiences with the dogs while serving some snacks and coffee.

Price: Adults 300,- Children (age 4-12) 100,-
Time: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday at 17.00 and Saturdays at 13.00.
