Join a spinning- or step/strength class, or lift some weights in the gym room of Trøimshallen in town centre of Hemsedal.

Classes

Hemsedal Sports Club has a varied weekly program with spinning, boxaerobic and step.
The program is in Norwegian, but is easy to understand.
The days are translated as follows: Mandag-Monday, Tirsdag-Tuesday, Onsdag-Wednesday, Torsdag-Thursday, Fredag-Friday, Lørdag-Saturday, Søndag-Sunday

For the spinning classes you have to registrate at least one day in advance. The other classes have drop in and registration is not necessary. The spinning classes take place in the building next to Hugndadheim, by the football field. The other classes are at Trøimshallen, only 300 meters outside the town centre, direction Gol/Oslo.

Gym room

There is also a gym room at Trøimshallen where you can train with weights and more. To train here, you need to buy a gym card at Hemsedal Tourist Office.
