    Lynx Well is a yoga studio/spa located in Skogstad Hotel. We have two yoga rooms and three rooms for treatments. Our offer includes several teachers and different styles in yoga. We teach Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin yoga and Stretch. 

    At Lynx Well you can lower your shoulders, focus on your breath and leave with peace in body and mind.
